Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist schnell im Zentrum, aber auch im Stadtwald.

Die Wohnung ist schön und liegt zentral.Allerdings max.für 2 Personen geeignet plus kleiner Hund.Da es sich um 48qm handelt.Die Tiefgarage konnten wir nicht nutzen da die Höhe des Autos 1,50 nicht überschreiten darf der angegebene Parkplatz ist zwar eine Lösung,liegt aber nicht um die Ecke sondern fußläufig 10- 15 Min.entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber sehr funktionell und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sogar ein Regenschirm und eine Strandtasche. Das Einparken in der Tiefgarage ist nichts für Wenigergeübte, das Auto darf nur 1,40 m hoch sein. Aber es gibt einen Ausweichparkplatz in der Nähe.
