The villa is located within walking distance of the beach and is an excellent choice for anyone looking to spend their vacation in a large, new villa with a pool near the sea. Ideal for family vacations or groups of friends.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 + 2 guests. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Relax in the cozy living room and prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. You can unwind in the lush garden with a private pool, lie back on lounge chairs, and soak up the sun. You can also prepare specialties on the charcoal grill for your friends and family. If you want to go to the beach, just grab your towel—it’s a few minutes’ walk away—and there are also great restaurants within walking distance. The villa is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi, private parking for 3 cars, and offers everything you need for a pleasant vacation.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have access to the terrace.
NOTE: Guests staying on a weekly basis (7, 14, 21 days, etc.) are preferred.
Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Pets are allowed upon request. If accepted, there is an additional charge of €50 per week per pet.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa; it is allowed only on the terrace.
Payment terms:
Deposit of between 30% and 40% due immediately upon booking
Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival
Upon check-in, the guest must pay a cash security deposit of 300.00 EUR.
