Anregung: Bei einer Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen haben wir die "Balkonmöbel" vermisst. Wo sollten die beiden Auflagen aufgelegt werden?
Die Reinigung der Balkone u.a. von Zigarettenasche sollte zur Reinigung bei Mieterwechsel gehören.
Über die Lieferung von Paketen an den Vermieter sollte zumindest vorab informiert werden. So ist nicht schlüssig, ob eine Annahme erwünscht/ erwartet wird.

Toiletten Brille muss ausgetauscht werden ( sie wackelt hin und her ) ! Halterung zum festhalten in der Badewanne fehlt!
