Exclusive Villa Agave, featuring a large infinity pool and a heated whirlpool, is a luxury property offering breathtaking views of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains, located in the peaceful village of Toscolano-Maderno. Furnished in a modern and exclusive style with numerous design elements, the villa is surrounded by greenery and is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in a magnificent setting. The bright villa ensures plenty of privacy and includes a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, and satellite TV.
The highlight of the villa is the private outdoor area, which offers a splendid panoramic view. Here you will find a garden, infinity pool, outdoor shower, heated whirlpool, and a sauna with steam bath. You can relax on the poolside loungers or enjoy outdoor meals on the partially covered terrace or balcony.
The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute drive away (1.2 km), while three supermarkets are 10 minutes away (3 km). In the center of Maderno, a 10-minute drive (2.5 km), you will find restaurants, cafés, shops, and a weekly market. Salò, the largest nearby town, offers a beautiful lakeside promenade and a wide selection of shops. Lake Garda and Toscolano Beach, ideal for swimming, are nearby. Verona Airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car (66 km).
Three parking spaces are available on the property. The tourist tax is payable on site. A security deposit is required and will be returned according to the owner's terms.

Pros: The views from the pool and the dining area are amazing.
Cons: If you are staying here you definateley need to have a car, the welcome pack gives taxi numbers that do not answer mostly and when they do they are busy. Taxi service is basically none existent in Toscolano Maderno. Having this information prior to arriving would have made us better prepared with our travel plans.

Pros: -very helpful host: she quickly answered our questions and even booked all restaurants for us
-nice view over the sea
-very clean apartment
-great furnishing: sauna, whirlpool, two pool areas, barbecue, etc...
-modern beds
Cons: -the stairs in the house have an open railing: very dangerous for children

We stayed with our family of five in this very modern designer house. We enjoyed everything, the views are amazing, quiet secluded and the only noise we heard were from birds and once in a while an Italian Vespa.
Great living room, bedrooms are great and the house was well cleaned when we arrived. Special mention to the gardens they were beautiful at this time of year.
Kitchen was well equipped and would serve easily 10-12 people
I would certainly comeback with other family members.
Special mention for Laura,the caretaker, she did an amazing job .
