About this apartment rental
Our many travels inspired us to create our own vacation rental so we could warmly welcome you here.
You’ll find a stylish and modern apartment with a private entrance, a spacious terrace overlooking the garden, and a private parking space.
The Lake Constance region is perfect for everyone—whether you’re looking for a beach vacation or an active getaway, you’ll find plenty of sports and recreational opportunities.
Children are warmly welcome.
The accommodation
Since 2021, we have been offering a newly built and modernly furnished apartment in our single-family home—bright, sunny, and 45 m² in size, with high-quality amenities.
The accommodations are located in a quiet and central area with a private entrance, just 6 km from Lake Constance.
The apartment consists of three rooms.
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi, offers every comfort.
- The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a cozy reading lamp, and an open shelving system. Additional sleeping space is provided by a sofa bed (140x180) in the living room.
- The bathroom features a shower, a washer-dryer, a hair dryer, shampoo, and soap.
The apartment has its own terrace with access to the garden, where there are several play areas for children (trampoline, swing, jungle gym).
Bed linens, bath towels, tea, coffee, and basic amenities are included in the price.
A lockable space for storing your bicycles or similar items is available.
A free parking space is located next to the apartment.
Children are very welcome.
Upon request, we can provide a travel crib with bedding, a high chair, and toys free of charge.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Fewo ist mega schön, neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist ruhig ins Grüne gerichtet, so dass man sich super entspannen kann. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und alles, was man sich wünscht, war vorhanden.
Freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieterin, bei der man sich willkommen fühlt.
