Schade das man durch die offene Hecke links und rechts nicht wirklich Privatsfähre hatte.
Das ist sehr schade. Bei uns fehlte irgendwie auch ein Sonnenschirm .Bei uns waren immerhin über 30 Grad in knalliger Sonne.
Vielleicht könnt Ihr für kommende Gäste auch nochmal eine Art Hausordnung fertigen.
Mitunter wurde noch nach 22/23 Uhr laut geredet im Atrium.

Herrliche FeWo mit ganz viel Sonnenschein auf der hübschen West-Terrasse (die Sonne kann man von mittags bis in die Abendstunden genießen). Top-Lage, direkt an der Promenade & nur wenige Meter vom Ostseestrand entfernt. Das Auto konnten wir komfortabel auf dem dazugehörigen Tiefgaragenplatz abstellen & sogar für die mitgebrachten eBikes gibt es einen großen separaten Fahrradkeller. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut aufgehoben und werden sehr gerne wieder anreisen.
