About this house rental
Beautiful natural stone house in the heart of Chianti Classico, in a wonderful position on a sunny hill with panoramic views over the valley, the vineyards and the surrounding countryside and about 1 km from the small village of San Donato in Poggio, which you can also reach on foot after a walk through the woods. Guests have at their disposal a spacious, well-kept garden with table and chairs, the beautiful swimming pool and a barbecue. The furnishings of this well-kept country residence are very tasteful and comfortable, reflecting the country style of this house. The location is ideal to explore the famous Chianti and to visit the fascinating art city of Florence, the latter reachable in about 25 minutes by car. Chianti is famous not only for its landscape of wonderful olive groves, vineyards and centuries-old holm oak and chestnut forests, but also for its ancient small hamlets, medieval castles and excellent wineries that have gained world fame in recent decades. The water quality of the pool is checked daily by the manager.
In October the owners harvest the olives on the property.
