The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom on the loft, with a ceiling height of 165–175 cm, features two single beds (120 cm x 200 cm). The kitchenette is well-equipped and offers everything needed to prepare light meals. The bathroom has been renovated and now features a toilet, bathtub, shower, and sink. The apartment also includes a beach chair (May 1–September 30) on the nearby sandy beach at Döse. A free underground parking space (entrance height 190 cm) is also available.

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its seaside ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a minute’s walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, on the north side. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the landscape awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via elevator, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouses at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

Notice for guests at “Jan am Strand”—construction work on the heating system
From 03.11.2025 through approximately 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.
