About this apartment rental

Are you looking for something special for the best weeks of the year? Then you’ve come to the right place! The “Oceanview” two-room apartment on the first floor of the Kaiserhof is modern and comfortably furnished. The highlight is the corner balcony with modern WPC decking and a perfect view of the Baltic Sea. From the balcony, you can enjoy the sun from morning until almost sunset. The 55-square-meter apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a second TV, a living room with an open kitchen and an integrated dining area, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, among other appliances. The living room features a comfortable leather corner sofa that’s perfect for snuggling up. Wi-Fi is, of course, free for you. A Bluetooth mini stereo system with an USB port, a hard-disk recorder, and a 55-inch Ultra HD TV with 3-way Ambilight—on which you can enjoy your Netflix or Prime account—round out the technology package at Oceanview. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the neighboring house.

There’s generally nothing standing in the way of a vacation with your dog, as small to medium-sized dogs are permitted upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee.

Der Balkon ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings ist das Badezimmer sehr klein und beengt.

Bei Kohlert ist man gut aufgehoben.Die Ferienwohnug Kaiserhof Oceanview liegt in bester Lage mit Sicht auf die Ostsee.Das Beste ist der Bolkon wo man den ganzen Tag Sonne hat.Auch ist die Wohnung sehr geschmckvoll Eingerichtet . Überhaupt liegt der Kaiserhof sehr ruhig .
