Located about 300 m from the beautiful beaches of Regla and Camarón, this magnificent apartment is on the first floor of a villa in a very quiet neighborhood of single-family homes. The owner lives on the first floor of the house; the two units are completely separate from one another.

The terrace—which is approximately 30 m²—is very sunny, south-facing, and gets sunlight from very early in the morning until late in the afternoon. It is covered by an awning that can be fully or partially removed as desired. It features a table and four armchairs with cushions, as well as chairs, lounge chairs, and beach umbrellas. The terrace, which is shielded from the view of neighboring houses, is ideal for sunbathing, dining al fresco, reading in the evening, or enjoying summer nights. From the terrace, you can access the rooftop.
The dining room—It features a dining table and four chairs, a sofa that converts into a bed, an entryway console, and a silverware cabinet. It features air conditioning and heating, wired and Wi-Fi internet, and satellite TV (national and international channels).
The master bedroom—features a double bed measuring 135 x 190 cm, two nightstands, and a built-in closet. It has air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.

The quiet town of Chipiona is located on the northeastern coast of Cádiz, on the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light), just 52 km from Cádiz, the capital of the province of the same name. Cádiz is the oldest city in the West (3,000 years).
Chipiona’s origins date back to the Roman era. Chipiona’s most significant landmark is the lighthouse built in 1867 at “Punta del Perro,” the very spot where Quinto Servilio Cepión had his tower constructed in 140 B.C.
Also worth visiting are
• The pilgrimage church of “Nuestra Señora de la Regla” with its Mudejar-style convent (15th century) and the image of the Virgin (12th or 13th century)
• the parish church of “Nuestra Señora de la O” (16th century)
• the castle (probably built, in part, on Arab foundations around the year 1295)
• and the fish ponds (presumably Roman).
From Chipiona, you can visit
• Jerez: sherry bodegas, the “La Escuela de Arte Ecuestre” equestrian school, and the racetrack
