Finca Yolanda is a tastefully restored Mallorcan farmhouse with a swimming pool, located near Pollença, a charming small town in northwestern Mallorca.
The well-maintained interior, featuring traditional furnishings, is complemented by many details that give the house a special character, including: natural stone walls, wooden beams on the ceilings, terracotta floors, and handicrafts from days gone by.
The main entrance, with its large oak door, leads into the dining room and living room, which features a comfortable seating area complete with satellite TV and a DVD player.
Also located on the first floor are a small reading room and a guest restroom, as well as a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric oven, and a gas stove.
In addition, there is a small utility room on the first floor with a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron.
On the first floor are the three double bedrooms with large built-in closets and two tastefully tiled bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the bedroom with a double bed.
