Das Haus ist ruhig in einer Bungalowsiedlung an der Havel gelegen mit eigenem Garten, aber auch Liegewiese mit Dand direkt an der Havel gegenüber eines ruhigen Campingplatzes mit einfacher, aber guter Gastronomie. Das Haus selbst ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet mit guten Betten uns Spülmaschine. Auto, Räder und Kajak kann man im grossen Garten abstellen. In der Nähe sind alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Man kann viele Sachen unternehmen wie Kajak fahren auf der Havel und den umliegenden Seen, Radfahren zur Insel Werder, nach Potsdam an der Havel entlang, etc. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter.
