Dear guests,
we’re renovating for you so you can enjoy our vacation rental even more.
The bathroom has already been completely renovated; we’re still redesigning the living room and bedroom.
Starting in December 2025, you’ll be able to book the Pegel vacation rental again.
We’ll be uploading current photos gradually. Here’s a sneak peek: Many features will be even more beautiful than in the photos you see now.
The apartment is very bright, spacious, and, at 70 square meters, perfectly suited for two people (1 bedroom). It’s located on the first floor of the front building and has its own natural garden with a terrace.
The terrace is equipped with patio furniture, a fire pit, and a grill for your use.
You can also charge your e-bikes here.
The amenities are modern and up-to-date, featuring free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and all the technical conveniences you could wish for.
Entryway / Foyer
The entryway welcomes you with a bright, inviting atmosphere, complete with a coat rack and shoe cabinet—so you’ll know exactly where to put your things right away.
Kitchen
Here you’ll find a “vintage” kitchen from the ’60s—an original in top condition—combining the ambiance of days gone by with modern technology. A fold-out table with seating for two, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, etc., make the kitchen a cozy place to spend time.
Living Room
Our apartment has a spacious living/dining room (27 m²) with large windows and a tilt-and-slide door leading to the patio. It is furnished in a warm, bright country-style.

The FIREPLACE STOVE shown in the pictures is OUT OF SERVICE and is for decorative purposes only.

Bedroom
The bedroom is a bright room with a door leading to the patio, a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters), and enough space for the contents of your suitcase.
We’re happy to provide bed linens upon request.
The bedroom is right next to the kitchen—so there’s nothing stopping you from having breakfast in bed… 😉
Bathroom
The bathroom has been completely renovated.
You’ll find a small corner bathtub and a spacious shower (1.00 m x 1.00 m) there.
The toilet flush is touchless—for better hygiene.
We’ll have towels ready for you.
A hair dryer is, of course, also available.
Garden with terrace
The terrace is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, and the lawn is all yours!

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage. Die Innenstadt von Emsdetten sowie der Bahnhof (Münster ca. 20 Min.) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Genauso schnell ist man im Grünen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem, was für einen längeren Aufenthalt notwendig ist, ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und auch die Sauberkeit war voll zufriedenstellend. Terrasse und Garten, die zu der Ferienwohnung gehören, laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe im Detail.
Am Abend kann man den Tag super auf der schönen Terrasse ausklingen lassen.
Nette Vermieter
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Wanderungen oder Radfahren von dort optimal.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende als eine Gruppe von 4 jungen Männern aus verschiedenen Städten zu Gast, die versuchen regelmäßig zusammen zu kommen. Da wir alle aus Großstädten kommen, haben wir die Ferienwohnung von Martina und Michael bewusst ausgewählt, um den Alltag ein wenig hinter uns zu lassen. Gerade zu Corona-Zeiten war es uns wichtig eine gemütliche Wohnung zu finden, die komfortabel ist und charmant ist, da ein Ausgehen nur begrenzt möglich ist.
Das Fazit: Die Zeit von Freitag Abend bis Sonntag Früh verging wie im Flug. Die blickgeschützute Terasse mit wunderbar gepflegtem Garten bietet eine tolle Option zum Grillen, Essen und Zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet genug Platz für Brettspiel- oder Diskussionsrunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren gepflegt und sehr sauber. Auch die Möglichkeit zum Feuer machen (Kamin oder Feuerschale) war gegeben, auch wenn wir aufgrund von Regen nicht dazu kamen.
Martina und Michael Pegel waren zudem tolle Gastgeber. Eine bessere Kommunikation kann man sich nicht wünschen. Auf die Nachrichten wurde zügig geantwortet. Kurze telefonische Rücksprachen waren sympathisch und unkompliziert. Sogar ein Abholservice wurde ermöglicht.
Alles in allem also ein tolles Wochenende für eine Gruppe, die nur selten zusammenkommt, einfach Zeit miteinander verbringen und sich in der Unterkunft wohl fühlen möchte.
Dankeschön, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!!!

Einige Anregungen:
- zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten in der Küche wie Alu-/Frischhaltefolie, Backpapier, 1 weiteres Geschirrtuch und die Basisgewürze würden die bereits toll ausgestattete Küche abrunden.
-Bei etwas stärkerem Regen wurde man doch schnell nass auf der Terasse, sodass hier noch optimiert werden könnte.
- Die Zimmer waren bei Sonnenaufgang doch recht hell. Für geplante lange Nächte und langes Ausschlafen sollten die Gäste sich Schlafmasken mitbringen :)
