🐶 Vacation Home 264.2: Dogs allowed, sauna, fireplace, fully fenced yard

Our house has a sauna.

Our “Strandperle” vacation home is located on a garden lot spanning over 290 square meters within the “Strandslag” vacation park in Julianadorp, right behind the dunes and about 300 meters from the beach. The solidly built, brick-clad house offers approximately 90 square meters of living space. It is cozy and comfortably furnished and features a living-dining room with two leather sofa sets, a fireplace, satellite TV (49-inch 4K Ambilight), a hi-fi system, and a Blu-ray player, as well as a completely new, modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave with grill, and Senseo and Dolce Gusto coffee machines. The bathroom features a heated towel rack, a shower, and a separate toilet. A high chair and a crib are also available free of charge.

On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a box-spring bed featuring an electric slatted frame, satellite TV, and a DVD player, as well as a bedroom with two single beds, a lovely crib, satellite TV, and a PlayStation, along with an additional toilet.
The house features a free internet connection (40 Mbit/s) and free Wi-Fi.
Thermostat-controlled gas central heating and the wood-burning stove—combined with the double-paned windows—ensure a cozy stay even in fall and winter.
Enjoy leisurely barbecue evenings on the property’s terrace, relaxing on the lounge-style patio furniture and using the Weber charcoal grill—the perfect way to wind down after a sunny day at the beach—or spend relaxing hours with a good glass of wine in front of the fireplace or in our new sauna.
A parking area is located right next to the house, with space for at least two cars.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Only dogs are allowed here: flat fee of 60 € per dog for stays up to 5 nights; 12 € per dog per night for stays of 6 nights or more

Energy costs (gas and electricity) are billed based on consumption
