A separate, very comfortable sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space and can be visually separated from the rest of the room by a curtain—perfect for flexible use.
A stylish workspace makes the apartment ideal for guests who want to stay productive even while on vacation.
Two balconies enhance the living experience: a sunny southwest-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the park, as well as a shady northeast-facing balcony for cooler moments.

From this beautiful vacation apartment near the spa gardens, you can walk or bike directly to Lake Chiemsee (Bernau beach and the boat dock for Herrenchiemsee Castle, 2 km away) or set out on an excursion into the mountains. There are many rustic alpine huts and inns in the area where you can stop for a bite to eat and enjoy the scenery. The aerial cableway station to the Kampenwand is 8 km away. In winter, depending on snow conditions, you’ll find cross-country trails locally or in the high valley of Sachrang, and you can quickly reach the nearby ski resorts. By train (train station 500 m away) or by car (A9 highway entrance 1 km away), you can reach Munich or Salzburg in about 1 hour. For a change of pace, visit the BernaMare indoor pool (800 m), the Aschau high ropes course (5 km), the Samerberg Bike Park (15 km), or the mud baths in Aschau (5 km)—and so much more. A bakery, grocery store, and butcher shop are just around the corner, and there’s a wide variety of cafés and restaurants in town. Events are held regularly in the spa park.
