The apartment is completed by the balcony with a view of the mountains and underground parking.

Sehr schönes Apartment geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit großzügiger Sauna und dem Blick auf den Grimming.

Die gesamte Wohnung A6 ist hervorragend und bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küchenzeile, bzw. bei der weiteren Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden es fehlt an nichts. Ausreichend sind auch Schränke und Stauraum vorhanden. Auszeichnend ist die Sauna im Bad, mit Sicht auf den Hausberg "Grimming". Der 10 qm große Balkon mit Zugang sowohl vom Bad als auch vom Wohnzimmer. Die Tiefgarage mit Fernbedienung des Rolltors, Aufzug zu allen Stockwerken. Desweitern die Zentrale Lage der gesamten Baueinheit im Ort. Alles perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt im Winter oder Sommer. Vielen Dank auch an die sehr nette Betreuung von "Holiday Homes" vor Ort
An der Wohnung/ Anlage etwas zu verbessern, dazu fällt uns nichts ein einfach super Wir kommen gerne wieder.
