Die moderne, hoch- und neuwertig eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben, ist großzügig geschnitten und absolut ruhig gelegen. Der Garten vor dem separaten Eingang bietet einen unverbauten Ausblick auf Felder und Wälder und ist ideal für Ruhetage, an denen man nichts plant. Dipperz bietet sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (2 Bäcker, Supermarkt ...) und ist bestens geeignet für Ausflüge in die Rhön: Zahlreiche schöne Rundwanderwege, Rotes und Schwarzes Moor, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg alles in rund 30 min erreichbar. In Fulda-Zentrum ist man in 20 min, wenn es mal städtischer sein soll.
