About this house rental
The House:
This modern, approximately 80 m² townhouse is situated in a quiet location a few meters off the street in the HET KUSTLICHT vacation home park and is accessible via a shell-paved path.
The house was completely renovated in 2018.
The HET KUSTLICHT resort is located behind the dunes on the southern beach of the North Sea. It is about 1 km to the town of Zoutelande and 800 m to the supermarket. A restaurant, including a fast-food outlet, is located in the immediate vicinity. A little further back in the park, there is a playground and a bocce court. A tennis court is also within easy walking distance.
Zoutelande:
Zoutelande is a charming village on the beautiful Walcheren Peninsula. It boasts the only true south-facing beach in the Netherlands and is therefore also known as the “Zeeland Riviera.” According to measurements by an independent national weather service, the weather in Zoutelande is often better than in the rest of the Netherlands.
The Beach:
The beach at Zoutelande is five kilometers long. It is protected by the highest dunes in the region. It has been awarded a “Blue Flag.” This means it is clean and offers many amenities, such as showers, restrooms, changing rooms, and first-aid stations. The website Zoover.nl named Zoutelande Beach

The Town:
The center of Zoutelande is within easy walking distance and offers terraces, shops, cafés, and restaurants. There are excellent shopping opportunities with a wide selection of regional products. A supermarket, fish market, bike rental, doctor’s office, bank, drugstore, and a museum are also easily accessible.
During the summer months, there are various attractions and events such as ring riding, horse-drawn carriage rides, hang gliding, beach volleyball, motocross, golf and mini-golf, the Zeeland Marathon, and summer markets.

Wir haben uns in dem schnuckeligen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es lässt an nichts fehlen. Frau Ruhnau - Holtkamp ist sehr nett und sie ist gerne für Fragen offen. Lieben Dank für den leckeren Willkommensgruß ! -) Sehr gut gelegen um von dort aus schöne Fahrradtouren zu machen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Gemütliches und toll renoviertes Ferienhaus mit Sonnenterrasse und kleinem Vorgarten in verkehrsberuhigter, Kinderfreundlicher Ferienhaussiedlung mit Spielplatz. Kurzer Weg über die Dünen zum Strand. Moderne und sehr saubere Badezimmer, komplett ausgestattete Küche in der nichts fehlte!
Alles in allem wunderbar!
