About this apartment rental
Stylish and modern vacation rental on the 3rd floor with a south-facing balcony, accommodating up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (sofa bed) / no separate children’s room.
This vacation rental has been completely renovated and is ready to welcome new guests.
The living area is furnished with high-quality, comfortable furniture and features an open-concept kitchen with a counter, a dining area by the window, and a cozy seating area with a large flat-screen TV (123 cm LED TV). The couch can be used as a sleeper sofa, and a separate “topper” is provided for added comfort.
In the separate bedroom, guests have access to a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), as well as another TV and a closet with storage space.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The stylish bathroom features a modern, nearly floor-to-ceiling shower stall, a toilet, and a heated towel rack.
From the balcony, which includes seating, you can enjoy a beautiful view over the fields—southeast-facing.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know your needs in this regard after completing your booking so that we can bill you accordingly and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.
Resort:
The resort consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.
Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and playing on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs

The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient therapeutic stay.
Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here, you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
