The STANDARD BOOKING for up to 4 PEOPLE at the apartment 5182213 includes (in addition to the kitchen and living area) 2 DOUBLE bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower! For the 3rd bedroom and bathroom, a request must be made for at least 5 people.... Please also inquire individually about all other “guest & bedroom configurations,” as well as baby cribs and high chairs!
Unfortunately, the different options cannot be synchronized in the booking calendar...

Centrally located in Waren West, you’ll find our vacation rental in a desirable and quiet residential neighborhood. It offers a well-maintained, modern, and high-quality atmosphere in a large brick house. Of particular note is the “flexible” use of the bedrooms, all of which are equipped with brand-new, high-quality mattresses!
Three steps lead from the front door into a hallway (shoe cabinet, mirror, etc.), where you’ll find both the staircase to the upper floor and an additional bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large closet, and a flat-screen TV.... Across from this is the adjoining bathroom with a bathtub (approx. 160 cm), a washing machine, and, of course, natural light.... So, using this ground-floor area, you have access to up to three bedrooms (sleeps 6 + sofa, floor mattresses, and a crib if needed) with two separate bathrooms.
The solid wood staircase leads directly to the “large vacation apartment” on the upper floor... comfortable and very cozy—and also fully (and then some) equipped... This vacation rental includes a kitchen, a bathroom, the living room with dining area, and two bedrooms—and in a “pinch,” the giant sofa (tested by us!) offers two additional full-size, comfortable sleeping spots...
The floor of the first-floor bedroom is covered in light-colored tile, which creates a great contrast to the dark mahogany bed (180 x 200 cm) and the black wardrobe along with the matching dresser.
The second-floor bedroom has dark laminate flooring, light-colored cabinets, a light-colored double bed (180 x 200 cm), and its own flat-screen TV.
The compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a full “family Sunday dinner”.... A ceramic cooktop with range hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster (4-slice), and so much more... The large fridge-freezer combo has plenty of space for all your groceries from the supermarkets just around the corner, the weekly farmers’ markets, or even the fish you’ve caught yourself (perch, pike, zander!).
The naturally lit bathroom, complete with a toilet, shower, sink, and large mirrored cabinet, has everything you need—except for a washing machine.
You won’t have to go without anything in the spacious living area either… the cozy, large lounge sofa is perfect for “chilling out” or watching TV… a stylish wooden daybed and a black sideboard—complete with a separate refrigerator, so snacks are always within reach—round out the overall look. The separate dining area stands out with its table—which can be extended to seat up to 12 people—featuring a solid mango wood tabletop, designer plexiglass chairs, and optional high chairs for children....
