Don’t need much to be happy? You’ll love our charming beach cottage for couples or adventurers. This little idyll is nestled on a large, green lot in a quiet, natural setting. A simply furnished bungalow, modernized in 2025, may not offer much space at 24 square meters, but it has everything you need to relax. Why not start your day with a fresh cup of coffee on the terrace and soak up the sunshine? You might even be able to smell the sea already. The Baltic Sea is just a 15-minute walk away. The island’s kilometer-long sandy beach invites you to take a leisurely stroll along the imperial seaside resorts. Back in the little cottage, you can relax on a 140-cm-wide mattress on the lower bunk, and there’s plenty of space for a third guest on the upper bunk, which is 90 cm wide. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere for romantic evenings and colder nights. There is no additional heating. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower with a small instant water heater. In just a few square meters, you’ll find everything you need: a smart TV with streaming capabilities, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a small studio kitchen with a refrigerator and two stovetop burners, a microwave with grill and convection functions, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and kitchenware. A parking space is available, and for our active guests, we have plenty of room to store bicycles.
There are a total of three vacation homes on the property, sleeping 11 guests in total, which can also be booked together.

The Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf is one of the hidden gems of the Baltic Sea, boasting a fantastic location and excellent water quality. The beach offers a wide variety of water sports. The Ostseetherme invites guests to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. An 18 + 9-hole golf course and several tennis facilities are available for active recreation. Well-developed bike paths allow vacationers to explore the full beauty of this island. A scenic flight offers a completely different perspective.
There’s something for every cultural taste. Just to name a few: the Chapeau Rouge theater tent or the spa concerts on the promenade.
The boutiques and shops, all within walking distance, invite you to enjoy a leisurely shopping spree. Cafés and restaurants in beautiful locations offer a wide variety of dishes to suit every palate.
