Amidst the picturesque hilly landscape in the green heart of Istria lies this comfortable vacation home in the small village of Mocitada near the medieval mountain town of Motovun. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, you can spend a relaxing, quiet vacation away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Due to the central location, all tourist attractions, such as the coastal towns of Porec and Rovinj or the worth seeing mountain villages of Groznjan and Motovun, can be reached in a short time.
On the first floor of the house there is a spacious living-dining room with open, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and a guest toilet. On the 1st floor is another bathroom, a bedroom with double bed and access to its own terrace and another bedroom with two single beds. The living rooms and bedrooms are of course air-conditioned, WiFi is available. The host is also happy to welcome your dog.
The whole property extends over 1500 m² with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views. You are welcome to get fruits and vegetables from the hosts' garden.
Four bicycles are available for guests to explore the beautiful surroundings. Only about 1500m from the house runs probably the most famous bike path in Istria, the Parenzana, on the old railroad line from Trieste to Porec. Numerous viaducts and tunnel passages make this route a special experience. Especially the section from Vižinada via Motovun and Livade to Grožnjan (approx. 36 km, ascent approx. 280 m) is recommended.
