The house features 4 separate vacation apartments and is located directly on the Feldberg, near the summit. It’s just an 8- to 10-minute walk to the nearest ski lift.
Enjoy your vacation in a dreamlike, peaceful setting in the heart of the Feldberg Nature and Landscape Reserve in the Upper Black Forest.

The house has 4 individual vacation apartments and is located directly on the Feldberg near the summit. It’s just an 8–10-minute walk to the nearest ski lift.
Enjoy your vacation in a dreamlike, quiet location in the heart of the Feldberg Nature and Landscape Reserve in the Upper Black Forest.
The “Hirschsprung” apartment is approximately 90 m² and is located on the first floor of the house.
Amenities of the vacation apartment:
- Living room with seating area, TV, and dining area
- Bedroom with double bed (200x200)
- Bedroom with bunk beds
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet
- Balcony
- Free Wi-Fi
Parking spaces are available right next to the house.
Please note that this is a non-smoking vacation rental.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Enjoy a wonderful view directly from the house of one of the two Feldberg peaks, the Herzogenhorn, as well as views of the Swiss and Austrian Alps.
Numerous hiking trails, cross-country ski trails (a 5-minute walk away), and snowshoe trails (a 10-minute walk away) are practically right outside your door.
Nearby are the town of Todtnau, the Bärental district, and the two mountain lakes, Titisse and Schluchsee. By car, you can reach Titisee or Windgfällweier in 15 minutes, and Schluchsee in 20 minutes.
The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away.
Shopping for daily necessities is available in the Bärental district (about an 8-minute drive away).
The nearest playground for children is about a 7-minute walk away.
There is also a bus stop with excellent connections to the Bärental train station just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

A very clean and comfortable apartment with good equipment and facilities and plenty of space for 3 adults with a load of ski kit! The apartment looks a little dated, perhaps, but also has a traditional charm, which we enjoyed and it really had everything we needed (short of a sauna room!). It's situated around half a kilometre from the nearest ski lift, restaurant and shop, so the walk from the apartment (in ski boots) provides a nice warm-up! It is tucked out of the way and we found a torch helpful for navigating after dark. Would happily stay here again.
