About this house rental
Welcome to Villa Rosa. We, Gisela and Robert, are the owners and personally manage the villa. Since the Costa Blanca is such a beautiful place, we live very close by.
Our villa is located in the La Marina residential community. You’ll find everything you need for a wonderful stay right here in the house: 3 air conditioning units, a large Smart TV with German and EU satellite channels, as well as satellite channels for English and Spanish programming. Wi-Fi, washing machine, barbecue grill, a second TV in the bedroom, ironing board, hair dryer, and much more. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are just 350 meters away. The city of Elche—home to the beautiful and largest palm garden in Europe—is 15 kilometers away. The white-sand beaches of La Marina and El Pinet are just 4 kilometers away. The Alicante/Elche Airport is 20 kilometers away. Supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Supermercado, and others are also nearby. There are many attractions in the immediate vicinity, such as the salt flats of Santa Pola. We’d be happy to provide tips and recommendations. You’re also welcome to spend the winter months with us. Just ask.
