About this apartment rental
This light-filled vacation rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located right next to one of the stairways leading down to the beach at the beautiful Cala Santanyí cove (about a 2-minute walk) in a very quiet, lushly landscaped gated community. It measures approximately 70 m² and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living and dining area, and a large sun terrace.
There is also a small storage room with a washer and dryer.
The living area is bright and airy and is extended by the terrace. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the pool and is perfect for relaxing, featuring a large table (seats 6–8 people), a gas grill, a lounge chair, and a hanging chair.
From the balcony, you can see the large communal pool and the adjacent children’s pool.
The beach is a two-minute walk away, and the supermarket (open May 1–November 1) and restaurants are just as close.
There are great hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, including one to Es Pontas. Cala Llombards Bay is a three-minute drive away.
Santanyi, with all the major supermarkets (Lidl, Eroski…), charming shops, and great restaurants, is about a 7-minute drive away.
It takes about 45 minutes to get to Palma and the airport.
The apartment is a pet-free property where smoking is permitted only outdoors.
Heating is available during the winter months.
A crib and high chair are provided upon request. The apartment also features toys and various children’s books. Towels, beach chairs, and sun loungers are also included.

We loved staying in Cala Santanyi! The apartment was clean and lovely decorated. We especially appreciated the terrace. The apartment is near the beach, close to a small supermarket and bakery and nice resturants. Easy to travel in to Santanyi for the saturday market etc. The bay and beach is so beaitiful and the people friendly.

The location is great, you’re steps away from the beach and the apartment is very nice. We did have some issues during our stay: no hot water for two days but was resolved quickly once we let the owners know. We also were not aware of the salt showers, or more so, the water out of the shower and sink was salt water. We resorted to buying bottled water to brush teeth and wash our face. During our stay there was no soap in bathroom. Lot’s of little bugs - spiders, ants. Not able to shut the shutters in second bedroom so it gets hit with the street light at night. No AC so got warm at night, even with the fan on. Despite the minor issues, because of the location we would def book again.
