The exclusive 3-room vacation apartment “Superdet,” with approximately 101 m² on one level (3rd floor, elevator available), accommodates up to 4 people and is situated in a prime location in Westerland on Sylt, just 150 meters from the beach. The historic “Seeburg” Hotel was modernized in collaboration with the Mensing Art Gallery with a focus on art; each apartment is dedicated to an artist and has been furnished in a charming retro style. Furnished with high-quality pieces from France, Belgium, and England, the apartment offers a luxurious, feel-good atmosphere in a class of its own. Pets are not allowed.

**LIVING AND ENJOYING**
The spacious living room invites you to relax with a magnificent view of bustling Friedrichstraße and the sea. A comfortable corner sofa, stylish armchairs, and a TV provide a cozy setting. Another seating area with a rustic round bench is located in the tower of the house and offers a unique panoramic view—perfect for convivial meals in a special atmosphere.

**COOKING IN STYLE**
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A counter with bar stools provides additional space for socializing, and the large dining table, which seats six, completes the dining area and creates a welcoming atmosphere for shared meals.

The apartment features two tastefully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a spacious built-in closet, and a TV. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm), a built-in closet, and a TV, and offers a high level of comfort as well.

**RELAXATION AND WELLNESS**
The elegant bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer. A separate guest restroom provides additional comfort.
In addition, the shared wellness area in the building, featuring a sauna, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.
