The “Miarwüfki” vacation home, with its thatched roof, offers approximately 146 m² of space across three levels for up to 8 guests and combines traditional Sylt architecture with modern comforts. Its special location—with the North Sea on one side and the Wadden Sea on the other—gives this vacation home a unique charm. Exclusively equipped and tastefully furnished, “Miarwüfki” promises a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

**LIVING AND ENJOYING**
The spacious living room invites you to relax with a stylish gas fireplace, a cozy sofa, and direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace. The dining area, furnished with a large table, 5 chairs, and a comfortable bench, offers plenty of space for social evenings and shared meals. The semi-open, custom-built kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with a stove, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine, making it perfect for relaxed cooking and dining.
**RELAXATION AND SLEEP**
The vacation home features four bedrooms that offer restful comfort and modern amenities. One spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200x200 cm), a TV, and a built-in closet, while the other bedrooms each feature a double bed (180x200 cm), a TV, and built-in closets—ideal for peaceful and comfortable nights.
**WELLNESS AREA**
A highlight of the house is the wellness area with its own sauna and relaxation area, perfect for unwinding after a day full of adventures. The two modern bathrooms offer the highest level of comfort: The wellness bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, hair dryer, and sauna, while the second bathroom features a shower, natural light, and a hair dryer. A guest restroom provides additional convenience.
**IDYLLIC TERRACE AND GARDEN**
Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the south-facing terrace or in the garden, which features high-quality patio furniture and a traditional beach chair—ideal for relaxing outdoors.
**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A parking space is available, as well as bicycle storage at the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available throughout the house. Pets are not allowed in this vacation home, making it ideal for people with allergies.
**NOTE REGARDING CONSTRUCTION SITES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD**
Please note that since mid-August 2024, there has been a construction site across the street from the Miarwüfki house, which may result in noise disturbances until the end of 2025.
