Wir waren im Januar 2019 für 3 Wochen in Chipiona und waren total begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und alles was dazu gehört, war sehr sehr sauber. Auch die dazugehörige große Terrasse ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung entspricht den von den Vermietern gemachten Angaben. Die Vermieter Mari und Antonio sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man es wünscht. Auch in der Nebensaison gibt es genügend Restaurants/Bodegas die geöffnet haben und die Stadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.
Wir kommen mit Freude wieder.

Pros: Kleine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, alles sehr einladend, alles sauber, für 4 Erwachsene absolut ausreichend, für 6 Personen wäre es meiner Meinung nach zu klein, da nur 1 Badezimmer vorhanden ist. Parken vor dem Haus, Parkplätze sind rar... Die Vermieter hat man ganz selten zu Gesicht bekommen, sie ziehen sich absolut dezent zurück.

Pros: Within 10 minutes walk of the town and two beaches and with a large terrace for sunbathing the property was all that we were looking for. The apartment was clean and well fitted and the owners were unobtrusive but helpful if needed.

Pros: Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables à Chipiona grâce à la douceur de vivre de la côte Atlantique mais aussi à l'accueil de nos hôtes ! L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, notamment grâce à sa terrasse, et très bien situé par rapport à la plage ! Rien à redire sur la propreté, le confort, l'équipement de la maison ! Et les parasols pour la plage sont gentiment prêtés ! Nous recommandons cette location !
