Great location. Super view. Good comfortable base for exploring Arran.
No phone signal so wifi would have been helpful. Also TV signal so poor kept losing signal so gave up. This was not a problem for us as happy to read but could be for some people .

Good location, 10 minutes from Brodick ferry terminal and 10 minutes walk into Lamlash village centre, great view from lounge/balcony , good price, helpful owner, clean and everything worked
Generally a bit dated, kitchen facilities basic (but all worked), shower a bit feeble (took a long time to rinse off the soap!), only a 4'6" bed and duvet about same width
