"Sandy Beach 2" is a modern and comfortable apartment located 15 kilometers from Valencia.
It has a pleasant terrace furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy meals, read a book, or have a quiet chat… and it’s right on the sandy beach. From the living room and the master bedroom, you can hear the ocean, and the sunrises are breathtaking.
The “Sandy Beach” apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a 150x190 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two 90x190 single beds, and there’s a bathroom with a shower in the hallway.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and electric kettle. And in the laundry room, which is accessed from the kitchen, there is a washing machine
The building features a swimming pool for adults and children, a playground, and paddle tennis courts.
Located in La Albufera Natural Park, the “Sandy Beach” apartment is surrounded by nature.
La Albufera is a freshwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea (El Saler Beach) by a long forest and white sand dunes called Dehesa de El Saler, which are about 1 kilometer wide. This is one of the few places in the world where you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the same spot on the water. La Albufera was designated a SPA (Special Protection Area) in 1986 and a SCI (Site of Community Importance) because all kinds of birds migrating from Northern Europe to Africa to spend the winter stop at La Albufera to rest.
This wonderful Natural Park belongs to the city of Valencia and is just 10 kilometers from the city center.
From “Sandy Beach,” there is a frequent public bus (number 25) that reaches the center of Valencia in about half an hour.

We were very excited about our holiday and the stay with Vrbo however the place came with few disappointments. It wasn’t clean even though we had to pay cleaning fee. Behind the sofa it’s just a pile of dust and behind the bedroom bed and cupboards. We didn’t have a cot even though the listing said it baby friendly place. The appliances were very limited. Scratch Teflon pans and no small pans to heat the milk or make porridge. It was just a very big pot and we had to heat the milk in a small pan. There were no body care products in the bathroom so you need to take yours and even the hand wash was dissolved with water. The place could benefit from being eco or organic if the host cared more. I think it’s is overpriced for what you get. But the view and the sounds are just lovely. It was nice to live right on the beach but some improvements need to be done for a more homey stay. Thank you.
