Cozy studio w/double bathtube, Metro Pinar del Rey

Beautiful, modern and charming studio in Madrid, close to Metro Station "Pinar del Rey". Located in a peaceful and highly secure area, daynight. The studio has a double bed and a sofa-bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a double bathtube. At a walking distance you can find green areas, a metro station, bus stops and a few grocery stores open Mo-Su. International fair IFEMA is just three metro stops far away.

You will not have to share any space with anybody else. All yours!

There is an electronic lock so you can arrive at any time after 15:00. You only need your phone to open the doors and we will send you the instructions upon reservation. Early arrival could be allowed for free depending on the occupancy of the studio by previous guests. Important! in case of last minute bookings we need you to call us immediately to prepare the apartment and grant you access to the building.

Parking is free in the street and without enviromental restrictions. To go to the city center you can go by metro via Pinar del Rey metro station, it is 10-15 min. walking from the apartment. Uber: 12-20 euros depending on your destination Bus: 5 minutes from the studio + 40 min to the city center
