Forlan Fach is a characterful annexe resting in New Moat near Maenclochog, Pembrokeshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. There is a £30 pet supplement per pet.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a living/dining room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of ground-floor double with en-suite shower and a mezzanine twin bedroom, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no smoking is allowed. Within 2.9 miles there is a shop and pub. Llys y Frân Country Park within 2 miles. Please note: 1-night stays can only accept 2 adults and no pets, any booking with more people or pets specified could be subject to cancellation. Note: £75 hot tub supplement. The accommodation was very clean and today. Nicely presented and had everything you could need. Well appointed kitchen and lovely garden and hot tub and the bed was comfortable. Great location and lovely views. Welcome pack with bread, milk and goodies. A very nice touch. Thank you!However, we did feel a little uncomfortable at times as the owner lives next door, and came by unannounced everyday to check the hot tub. I felt this was a little bit intrusive and it also disturbed our dogs. My wife was in her pyjamas one morning and another day I was asleep in bed. The morning we were leaving the owner came by and started to service the hot tub, an hour early and we felt we had to leave at that point. He was very pleasant and polite, but we did feel our privacy wasn't considered. The property is listed as pet friendly however the dogs are not allowed in the bedroom area, which I totally understand, but this wasn't listed on the booking information. Ordinarily our dogs sleep on their own beds in our bedroom.All in all a good place to stay, just a little more consideration to be given to people's privacy and entering the property unannounced, would be appreciated.
