Nestled in the heart of the tranquil valley, Hopes Haven offers inviting, comfortable accommodation. Having recently undergone a thoughtful refurbishment this charming cottage provides a comfortable 'Home from Home' the ideal setting to create lasting family memories.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom with feature king size bed, freesat TV, ample storage,and en-suite shower room. Bedroom Two with tasteful double bed, ample storage and en-suite shower room. Bedroom three with twin beds and ample storage. Each bedroom creates a welcoming ambiance through the personal touches and attention to detail.
Bathrooms
Family bathroom with bath, over-shower, W/C, basin and towel rails. Bedrooms one and two offer en-suite shower rooms with towel rails.
Kitchen & Dining
Inviting open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area with well equipped fitted kitchen including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine leading to the delightful dining area is conveniently located alongside the kitchen and lounge area, with quality dining table and chairs.

Homely lounge area with feature exposed beams,numerous personal touches, three sofas one of which is a leather recliner, TV & DVD

Set in 100 acres of landscaped grounds, including picturesque lakes, outdoor picnic tables, ideal for Al-Fresco Dining and lovely walks.

Pets - allowed
Leave Barnstaple on A361 towards Ilfracombe. Go straight-on through Braunton's main traffic lights and continue for 5.5 miles. At roundabout (Mullacott Cross) turn left on the B3343 towards Woolacombe.
After approx. 1.5 miles, the road bends hard to the right and there is a pink house on the corner, take a left here towards Georgeham / Croyde.
After approx. 0.5 miles the road bends round hard to the right, there are 2 left hand turns, one immediately before the bend, and one just on the bend, take the latter(second left).
Willingcott is IMMEDIATELY on the left and is clearly signed.
Upon arrival at Willingcott, please follow the road through the first car park area, around the left hand bend (with garages on right) past the car park on the left, please park in the lay byes on the left hand side.
Cottage 51 is under the second archway, first cottage on your left hand side.
We are pleased to confirm linen is included with this booking but please do not forget to bring your towels

Guests and owners are allowed to book 2 sessions in advance, per week. If there remains availability within 2 hours of a desired swimming time then you are free to book more sessions. There is a maximum of 12 people per session.
