Chosen for its proximity to the airport after our 3 week tour of Sicily. Large room, lots of space around the bed. We had an outside room. Dinner was good in the restaurant and the pool was very quiet.
The room was quite dark and probably due a bit of a make over.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The pool was clean and well maintained. The dinner was delicious, with tasty food and a good variety of dishes.
The cooking class was overpriced for what it offered, and the food was too salty. The property is also located in the middle of open fields. Considering these points, we found it to be rather expensive for the overall experience.

Great calm location in the countryside with stunning views on Etna. Beautiful pool area and roof terrace. Very helpful staff. Great food for both breakfast & dinner.
The swimming pool opening time could start earlier in the morning.

No vegan options. I had emailed the property before arrival to check that they could cater for me and they couldnt
