About this chalet rental
Casa Rosada (the pink house) is a delightful townhouse in the beautiful, residential coastal village of Cala San Vicente.
The outside space is well designed. There is a small garden, a newly paved dining area and a wonderful built-in barbecue - you can escape the heat of the summer here and enjoy the natural shade of the pine trees.
This townhouse has an incredible private rooftop hot tub, with impressive sea views - the ultimate place to enjoy the sunset.
It shares a large pool and sun deck with two other houses
Built over three storeys, the ground floor has a bright, open-plan living/dining area, with new furniture, a large Smart TV and wood burning stove (ideal for winter breaks). There is a good-sized sunny dining terrace off the living room which overlooks the pool and a pretty forest. So relaxing! This floor also has a fully equipped kitchen
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double bedroom has a 140cm bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The second bedroom is also a double room and there is a third single, bedroom. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house is just five minutes´ walk to the spectacular beaches in Cala San Vicente. The resort offers diving, kayaking and stand-up paddle.
There are also some excellent local restaurants within easy walking distance, some with sea views, as well as 'Modesto', a real find which offers tasty Mediterranean cuisine almost on your doorstep! This house really does tick a lot of boxes!
We highly recommend Casa Rosada for a couple, family or group of close friends looking for a relaxing break in a charming house close to the beach

We loved everything about this villa. Its location was just perfect for us. It’s a small town but with gorgeous beaches, walks and lovely places to eat. It was quiet and not too touristy. Perfect for our family, so peaceful at night. Other interesting places were within easy reach with a car. Pool was lovely and the hot tub was great at night for star gazing! Villa was perfectly equipped. Thank you for our stay in this beautiful spot!

Beautiful, quiet place just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own bathrooms. The stylish living room is bright and cozy even in bad weather. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area and toilet. The well-maintained outdoor area includes seating, a pool and a terrace with forest views. Highlight is the roof terrace with its own hot tub and sea view. A heater provides comfort on cool days. Shopping is 7 minutes away, free parking is nearby. Great communication with the host – we will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely stay. The house was well equipped to make meals and we loved the seating areas around the side and back for meals. The views from the terrace were beautiful and we all loved swimming in the green surrounded pool each day and hot tub in the evening. Lovely meals nearby in modesto and the beach fab for snorkelling ten mins walk down the road. Super easy to get a taxi into port de pollenca. A little peaceful oasis we shall definitely be back.
