3 minutes from the beach. Cozy apartment with garden and community pool. Located in the residential area of Vinyet. Bright and quiet, with all the comforts to enjoy a few days of rest and relaxation. You can enjoy the terrace overlooking the garden and the pool, where it has an area with a cozy sofa and a table with 4 chairs to eat on it. It has free Wifi. Living room with sofa bed for a guest, Smart TV. The dining room is open to the living room with a table and four chairs. Equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtub. Rear terrace with washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and a table with 2 chairs. Parking space and elevator. You can access the community parking by means of a command that will be given to you upon arrival.
In the pool area there is an outside shower.
The Vinyet neighborhood, where the apartment is located, is characterized by being a quiet residential area. The beach and the Paseo Marítimo are 400m from the apartment. You can walk to the center of town and enjoy a relaxing walk since it is 1km away. There you can enjoy all kinds of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, leisure areas, all kinds of shops to do your shopping, as well as the magnificent streets of Sitges. If, on the other hand, you do not want to walk, bus line 2 will take you there. The station is 1.6 km away. The neighborhood is charming, very quiet. Sitges is a coastal city in Catalonia, southwest of Barcelona, surrounded by the mountainous Garraf Natural Park. It is known for its Mediterranean beaches and its promenade lined with large mansions. The crowded old town and surrounding streets are full of shops, restaurants and many gay bars and clubs.
We expect guests to respect their neighbors and act as if they are at home. Not making excessive noise, respecting the rules of the Community, the hours of rest. Of course, it is understood that common sense in respect of schedules, volume of sounds, cleaning and hygiene and care of furniture is an obligation for the Tenant.
For what I beg, do not disturb the neighbor, be careful with things and enjoy and be happy during your stay.

This place was perfect! Nice little walk into the main section of town along the sea boardwalk.
The condo is in a very nice area and it's very quiet in the evening. Great pool and the grounds are immaculate.
I'm hoping to be able to get this place again next year.
Marina the host responded quickly and gave detailed information on how to get into the unit.
Loved staying here and Sitges.
