Surrounded by 5,000 m² of private Mediterranean gardens, the villa offers 300 m² of interior space over three levels and accommodates up to 24 guests in bright, modern, and elegant suites.
From daily breakfast and bar service to an on-site chef, spa, gym, and daily cleaning staff, Villa Nina provides a hotel-level experience in a private setting — ideal for large families, groups of friends, and special celebrations.
An internal elevator connects all levels of the villa, and private outdoor parking for up to 4 cars is available within the gated property.

Relax in the 90 m² infinity pool (1.60 m deep, open year-round), surrounded by lush greenery and designer sunbeds. Elegant glass railings ensure unobstructed sea views that blend naturally with the sky.
The villa features a panoramic terrace furnished with sofas and dining areas, and a fenced garden with hammocks and shaded areas.
Below the terrace is the private spa, with 2 whirlpools, a sauna with sensory shower, and a relaxation zone. Adjacent is a covered gym with professional fitness equipment.

Unlike typical villas, Villa Nina does not include a central living room, but instead offers six stylish and independent suites, each combining a living and sleeping area in a bright, open-plan layout with elegant arched separations.
Each suite includes a King-size bed, Queen-size sofa bed, ensuite bathroom with chromotherapy shower and Bluetooth speaker, two Smart TVs with Netflix, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, desk with wireless charger, and luxury amenities.

We had an incredible stay at the villa. The staff were amazing and the rooms and facilities are everything we could ask for. Only comment is that it was a little confusing dealing with property management company and the villa front desk before we arrived. We were pre-planning meals and trips and if we go again we would work directly with the front desk staff to avoid any duplicate work.They are a great team

The property was incredibly beautiful but The staff was even better!!! The location is close enough to downtown Sorrento that it was very convenient to walk to yet still far enough away that we were not disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city

Amazing experience as we rented the entire Villa. We used the hot tubs, sauna, pool, massage services, chef services….we used it all and it was all excellent. As impressive as the pictures are, the actual resort is even better. You will not be disappointed if you rent Sorrento Dream Resort. And as great as the property was, the staff were even better. Extremely available and attentive to our every need and desire. Breakfast in the morning, which is included in the rental price, was better than any 5 star hotel we’ve stayed at. The food seemed to just keep coming out. We had multiple meals prepared by the staff for lunch and dinners and all were excellent. The resort is a short walk from downtown Sorrento and not far to do an Amalfi CoastCapri tour. I would highly recommend renting the entire Villa as the experience was unparalleled for our group.

As impressive as the pictures are, the actual resort is even better. You will not be disappointed if you rent Sorrento Dream Resort.
And as great as the property was, the staff were even better. Extremely available and attentive to our every need and desire. Breakfast in the morning, which is included in the rental price, was better than any 5 star hotel we’ve stayed at. The food seemed to just keep coming out.
We had multiple meals prepared by the staff for lunch and dinners and all were excellent.
The resort is a short walk from downtown Sorrento and not far to do an Amalfi Coast or Capri tour.
I would highly recommend renting the entire Villa as the experience was unparalleled for our group.
