About this house rental

Just a short distance from the riverside, this pet-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 14-minute drive to St. Maria Goretti Sanctuary or the 16-minute drive to Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi Natural Regional Park (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the porch or lanai. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a microwave, cookware, and a kitchen island. Bathroom amenities include a bidet, towels, and toilet paper. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, bed sheets, heating, and a dining table.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und alles ist außerordentlich gepflegt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und alles wurde unkompliziert abgewickelt. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal! L'appartamento è molto pulito, ben arredato e tutto è eccezionalmente ben tenuto. Il contatto con la padrona di casa è stato molto piacevole e tutto è stato gestito senza complicazioni. Grazie mille e alla prossima volta!
