About this house rental
It features:
3 exterior rooms:
1. The room features one double bed.
2. The room features three double beds and two single beds.
3. The room features a bunk bed with two double beds.
The suite includes a spacious full bathroom with: 2 toilets, 2 separate showers, and a sink (it can be considered two separate bathrooms).
Outdoor kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, gas grill, charcoal grill (for grilled meats, etc.), and basic kitchen utensils.
Spectacular pool (which you won’t share with anyone), measuring 15 meters long by 7 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.25 to 2.25; the pool slopes downward, features a diving board, and has a built-in gazebo with benches right by the pool.
Fenced house with a private garden, another gazebo in the garden, and parking for 3 vehicles.
The property is not shared with anyone; you and your guests will be alone. The property maintenance man comes only once a day to turn on the water tank pump.
The part of the property being rented is a section of the house—it consists of rooms off the main house. The bedrooms, the double bathroom, and the kitchen are separate from the main house; this section was built after the main house was completed, but it has access to the entire garden, the pool, and a patio with tables and chairs.
The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom are not luxurious, as you can see in the photos. If you’re looking for a place to spend most of your day in the garden and by the pool, this is the right place for you. The pool at this house is hard to find anywhere else—it’s an ideal spot to disconnect from your daily routine.
It’s located within the “Colonos de Ticumán” gated community. It has 24-hour security, access to the community is restricted, and there’s a mini-market near the house.
45 minutes from Cuernavaca; 12 minutes from the “Las Estacas” spa; 30 minutes from the “El Rollo” water park.
The neighborhood has a clubhouse featuring tennis courts, a soccer field, a basketball court, a playground, and green spaces, located 8 blocks from the house.
Note:
1. There is no Wi-Fi.
2. The pool is not heated.
3. The pool has a slide; if you want to use it, you’ll need to pour water on it using a bucket.
4.- If you bring a speaker to listen to music after 11 p.m., you must keep the volume down; it can’t be too loud, but you can still use it.
