About this villa rental
Luxurious 4 bedroom renovated private villa in the best residential area of Jerez. 850m2 plot and 350m2 house equipped with everything for a perfect stay. Heated salty pool, large terrace, big barbecue, extensive gardens, fruit trees and little traffic. One of the most exclusive accommodations in Jerez and an oasis of tranquility at only 7 min from the town center and 5 min from the Feria. Guests have the entire villa exclusively to themselves without sharing any space. We speak good English.
Spectacular independent villa with all kinds of amenities that will make your stay in Jerez unforgettable, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kids play room and a large open plan style kitchen with bar and 5 stools, and a dining room and living room with sliding windows that give direct access to the terrace, pool and gardens.
The house is divided into 2 floors, on the ground floor and level with the terrace, pool and gardens are the kitchen, dining room, living room, play room (it could be enabled as another bedroom) and a complete bathroom with a 140x65cm shower. . On the second floor are the 4 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms, one with a 160x75cm shower and the other with a 180x80cm bathtub with shower.
The 4 bedrooms are very spacious and are distributed as follows:
Bedroom 1: 180cm king size double bed
Bedroom 2: 2x single beds of 90cm each
Bedroom 3: 2x single bunk beds of 90cm each
Bedroom 4 / office: sofa / 140cm double bed
* We also have an extra single bed, an inflatable double mattress and 2 baby cots.
** The entire plot and ground floor are fully accessible by ramps and at the request of the guest the play room on the ground floor can be conditioned as another bedroom, providing elderly people or people in wheelchairs access to the entire ground floor (kitchen , living room, dining room, bathroom and exit to the terrace, garden and pool) without having to use the stairs to the second floor.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob with integrated smoke extractor, American fridge / freezer with button for cold water and ice, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, automatic coffee machine, kettle, blender, mixer, toaster, juicer (if it is the season you can pick the oranges directly from the orange tree in the garden), sandwich maker, pressure cooker, griddle, pans, pots, wok, etc. In addition to cutlery, plates and glasses and for 12 adults and many children.
In the kitchen you will find basic ingredients such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee beans, milk, spices, and if you wish for an additional cost we can go shopping for you to have the products you want in the fridge and pantry when you arrive.
The spectacular heated saltwater pool is 9m long, 4.5m wide and 1.2-1.5m deep. It is designed for the enjoyment of the whole family, with a "beach area" of only 25cm deep, ideal for the little ones to play or the grown-ups to feel like they are on the seashore. It also has internal benches along two sides perfect for sitting down enjoying the water while relaxing and having a drink. The pool can be used throughout the year and it is heated from May to September.
The large south-facing porch has roller awnings so you can enjoy the good weather throughout the day and night, any season of the year. In the garden you will find a large charcoal barbecue and will have access to a paella gas burner complete with legs and three different sizes of paella pans to make delicious paellas/fideuás for any number of guests.
In the 3 spacious bathrooms you will find top brand toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as hairdryer, bath towels and pool towels.
Free high-speed WIFI on the two floors of the house, porch and garden. Two smart TVs with access to 80 channels, movies, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney +. Powerful sound-bar with Bluetooth to enjoy music indoors and/or outdoors. In addition to a Play Station 3 (PS3) with 30 games and 4 wireless controllers. Playing cards and board games (Party & Co, Pictionary, Monopoly, etc.)
For the entertainment of the youngest, the house has a trampoline, swings, slide, basketball court, soccer goal, bow with arrows and target, outdoor children's house, pool toys, in addition to a game room with a play kitchen, miniature house, blackboard, board games, dolls, books, etc. For babies we have at your disposal cots to sleep, high chair to eat, stroller and car seat.

Location was perfect, swimming pool was a great size with the ledge that made it accesable for children. The only issue is that there are 2 rooms that don't have aircon, and Jerez can reach very high temperatures! The shower on the second floor was also not working but apart from that we all had a great time as it was children and pet friendly!
