It features 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; a TV room; terraces with a BBQ area; a bar; a fireplace; a deck on the first floor; and a laundry area, among other amenities. Additionally, the house is equipped with a closed-circuit security camera system, security patrols, and parking for 5 cars.
