Our Luxurious Relaxing apartment with an All day Sunny southwestern facing secure and private garden and terrace area with direct access to the pools has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on the ground floor of The Casares Beach II Urbanizacion, located beside the Doña Julia Golf Club, very close to Playa Ancha and the cities of Casares, Manilva and Estepona.
The Casares Beach II Urbanizacion has two community pools one which is for small children and a paddle tennis court and community gardens is open all year round.
The apartment has a friendly open Kitchen which is very well fully equipped to make you feel at home.
A spacious living-dining room and a large comfortable terrace with free fast fibre optic broadband from which you can enjoy excellent views of the private garden and the Urbanizacion pools and gardens.

An amazing stay! The property offers a perfect balance of a shaded terrace and a sun-drenched garden, with beautiful views overlooking the pool and padel court. It feels incredibly homely, thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need—plenty of modern, comfortable seating, TVs in every room, and a strong sense of security. The owners have clearly considered every detail, from coffee pods and wine to well-stocked cupboards and fully equipped bathrooms, all wrapped in a warm, stylish design. The padel court was a real highlight—we had a lot of fun, and the apartment even includes rackets and balls. Conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and just a short drive from Sotogrande. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
