About this villa rental
Villa Ventura is a beautifully presented 5 bedroom detached villa in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. The property can be booked in conjunction with neighbouring identical Villa Lea (Listing ID: 10968660) for larger parties. The villa is situated approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach clubs with it’s water sports facilities.
This stylishly decorated house enjoys beautiful views over the bay and islands. There is a large outside terrace with private pool, eating and seating areas, a charcoal BBQ and sun loungers.
The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped contemporary kitchen with an island unit. There'a cloakroom on this floor and utility cupboards with iron and ironing board, etc.
On the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning panoramic views. On this floor there are also two further bedrooms both en suite which one of them being a double room and the other one a twin room both with private balconies and fabulous views. All bedrooms and living areas have air-conditioning.
The roof floor also offering a double bedroom en suite with access to a private roof terrace for this bedroom. As an extra bonus the villa there's a second roof terrace for the use of all guests. All bedrooms and roof terrace offering panoramic sea views overlooking the islands and the bay.
The secondary suite underneath the pool deck has a living room and an en-suite double bedroom.

We loved staying at Villa Ventura. More than enough room for the 8 of us, and the fridge stocked with goodies was much appreciated after our journey - a really thoughful touch. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen well equipped for the occasions we ate in. Even in April the pool was plenty hot enough for our children, while the grown ups enjoyed relaxin and enjoying the fanatstic view from the terrace - the roof terrace was fantastic for star gazing. Kemal was proactive in replying to our messages - and we would definately choose to stay again when in the area. Would also reccomend the Doy Doy restaurant (the one that does kebabs and pides on Cumhuriyat Cadessi - there is another Doy Doy near the harbour that we didn't try. Thank you for hosting us Kemal

I have just returned from staying at Villa Venture with 4 girlfriends. we had a great time the villa was fantastic and true to the information on Vrbo. We arrived to a welcome basket with all the essentials which was a great help. the beds were super comfy and the villa was furnished to a very high standardif I had a questions the host came straight back to me. there was also a daily visit from the gardener and maintenance I would certainly recommend a stay here

Everything about our holiday was perfect, the villa was more than we hoped for and our host Kemal made the whole experience seamless! I would definitely recomend villa Ventura to anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious break!

This property was everything as described. Location is very good. The villla is immaculate and maintained very well. Nothing is too much trouble for Kemel and the team. The perfect stay. We will return.
