Comfortable and inviting, this apartment comes highly recommended for those wanting a central base to explore London. Comfortable, elegantly furnished, and ideally located moments from Chelsea's beating heart that is Sloane Square, this home is the perfect base from which to enjoy your London adventures. Note that this apartment is a perfect companion piece to Sloane Square 1, a two-bedroom apartment just down the hallway - the two together are perfect for a group of 5!
LIVING & EATING
Themes of wood and light are evident throughout this well-designed studio apartment. This studio space is furnished with a king-size (6ft wide) bed. Expect a dining table, with the backdrop of a floor to ceiling mirror to ensure plenty of light fills the room. There is also a stool and bar area for two, and a comfortable sofa and chair offering a range of seating options. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary mod-cons to prepare a feast if you can resist the tempting array of eateries outside. The apartment has a separate dining room, seating four.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
As outlined above, the bed is a king-size bed that is situated in the living room. You will find one bathroom, with a bath and a built-in overhead shower.
ACCESS & LAYOUT
This studio apartment is located on the lower ground floor (with short stairs access, with elevator). It is laid out over a single floor.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Sloane Square is less than one minute's walk and forms the hub of upmarket Chelsea with collections of jewellers (Cartier and company), Peter Jones department store, the Royal Court Theatre, Sloane Square tube station and the start of the King's Road to the west and Sloane Street to the north. You could not wish for more life, better retail or dining options or easier access to the main sights, just three direct underground stops from Sloane Square to Westminster on the District Line. To your east, you are on the threshold of Belgravia. Buckingham Palace is a 15-minute walk. To your south, the River Thames is a ten-minute stroll.

This was my second stay. I was here in 2024 and returned for another visit in 2025. The unit location and familiar surroundings made it easy to navigate the city and see new sights. Ivy’s team is always responsive to communications and any requests. I highly recommend you stay here. Perhaps I might be back in 2026, who knows.

First, the location can’t be beat. Steps from Sloane Square in fashionable Chelsea. The flat was as advertised: modern decor, nice, efficient kitchen, plenty of storage for clothes. One suggestion: Why not move the bed into the large middle room which is now a dining space? That would reduce the area between the kitchen and dining table and create an isolated space for sleeping. One drawback: a lack of ventilation at the rear of the flat where the bath is located, making it a bit stuffy. Can the window there be fitted to open? Finally, the key pickup location was a bit of a pain, located in a green grocer on a pedestrian lane. Even my black taxi driver was unsure where it was located! Better if it was moved to a shop on a main drag, with curb parking. Bottom line: Wonderful flat. I’d stay there again!
