Luxury Penthouse Apartment with large patio and rooftop terrace

The apartment is lovely and the outside areas are great. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. Close to the boardwalk and the train station. Couldnt fault it. Nice outdoor furniture plus 2 parasols.

Loved the apartment ideally location and very well equipped.

The property was ideal for our family stay with two children, aged 11 and 14. The apartment had everything we needed and great outdoor space.

The apartment itself has most things you would need although there were a few flaws. We have been coming to Tavira for 9 years unfortunately this is the first time the welcome to an accommodation has been lacking. Before we arrived the manager emailed to say it was her husbands birthday on the day we were due to arrive and so they wanted to go out for dinner- we felt like an inconvenience! We were met by the manager’s friend who struggled to get the door open. Additionally after arriving late at night with young children it was disappointing to see there was no bottled water in the apartment. I know the listing doesn’t mention a welcome pack but neither has other places we have stayed in Tavira and we have never arrived to have no water left! Just something to keep in mind if you are travelling with children, make sure you have some water with you. My husband had to head out at midnight to find some water. The pool has no sun beds, there are only 5 chairs which can be hired for 1 euro per day. You could put towels on the grass but they did get very dirty doing this. We were glad to move on to our next accommodation in Tavira and we were greeted with 3 bottles of water, beers, a bottle of wine, fizzy pop, milk and crisps at that villa. Perhaps we have just been spoilt at other accommodations in the 9 years we have been visiting! We had a good time and it was fine for a few nights although the emails before we arrived and the welcome did tarnish the experience for us.
