About this villa rental
The dwelling is located in a gated condominium with only 7 exclusive residences, private parking and an electric car charging station.
A state-of-the-art contemporary villa has been designed for your comfort and stylish outdoor living, and ultra-modern interior areas mean you'll have difficulty leaving the comfort of your luxury holiday accommodation!
With WiFi included, international cable subscription and flat-screen TV in all areas, contemporary design furniture and modern kitchen with full appliances, the villa is a great choice for a family of up to 6 people.
Leaving the deck you will find the heated private pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3°C to 5°C higher than an unheated pool. The Artesian Spas hot tub with hydrotherapy jets or you can enjoy family games in the private garden.
All the famous beaches and the old town of Albufeira are just 2 minutes by taxi or 20-30 minutes on foot from the villa.
A modern kitchen with complete appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, allows you to make the most of the indoor or outdoor dining areas, whether for a morning coffee or an outdoor meal. The outdoor deck is the perfect place to enjoy summer evenings and, if you are celebrating a special occasion, we can even hire a private chef to make your evening unforgettable!
Leave the deck and enter the heated private swimming pool or enjoy family games in the sloped garden, meaning that everyone can enjoy the outdoor space. If you need to keep teenagers entertained, the local skate park is at a distance that allows visibility of it.
An excellent choice for a family or friends of up to 6 people, as the villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a double bedroom located on the ground floor with a full bathroom right next to it. The upper floor leads to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and garden views and a bedroom with 2 single beds with another full en-suite bathroom, which also leads to a terrace and patio with a hot tub by designer Artesian Spas, with capacity for 5 to 6 people - perfect for sunbathing or refreshing and relaxing at night.
Municipal Tourist Tax
Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 years or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.
We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

Lovely villa accommodation and nice sized pool, outdoor dining and garden areas

We loved our stay in Design Villa OCV. The Villa/Townhouse in outskirts of Albufeira is fully equipped, 3 spacious bedrooms all with loads of wardrobe space, 2 with ensuite and one with a separate bathroom right outside, large living space with kitchen dining area and lounge. It had pretty much everything you would need for a lovely family holiday. I travelled with my wife and 2 young children. (6 & 4 years old) and we all loved it. The private pool was great, just about big enough and also heated so that was a real bonus, and the pool guy came 2-3 times in the week to maintain it. The hot tub is located on the balcony off the second bedroom upstairs and it was nice to use this especially in the evenings once it had cooled off a bit. The villa is part of a complex of about 6-7 Villas in it own secure compound and has it's own parking space along and there are visitor spaces as well if you had visitors. The only downside is that it the location is a bit of a way to the main parts of Albufeira (The Old Town/The Strip/The Marina etc) if you want to go out for the evening. As the kids are young we ate at the villa most nights and used Uber Eats to get a couple of takeaways but we did go out a couple of evenings and it was so easy to get an Uber which only cost about 5 Euros each way in total so if you did want to go out late in Albufeira it wasn't too bad at all. Weather was amazing all week, we will most likely return to the Villa sometime in the future.

The villa is absolutely stunning and has everything you could possibly need. My children didn’t leave the heated pool the whole time we were there. That was definitely a bonus. The villa is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend
