Location is great. Can walk to Puerto Banus and supermarkets. Pools are lovely but didn't open until 11am which is bit late. Size of the apartment is great for 4 people and bathrooms are good size. Terrace great size too and views good. The service and guidebook from roomservices was great! first class and will book through them again
A few small changes can make quite a difference. Kitchen is bit old and looks grubby. Wardrobe doors need some attention as get stuck and feel like they are going to fall out. Clothes airer on terrace needs replacing. Instructions should be left to ensure people know they need to turn the hot water tank on and how to. Nothing major.

Beautiful apartment design with a very spacious terrace with Mountain View.
The double bed was the most comfortable bed we ever slept in!
Kitchen is really well equipped!
Unfortunately, the terrace was really dirty and the pads for the sunbed, as shown in the pictures, were missing.

Apartment clean and tidy on arrival however there was a strong smell in one of the bathrooms due to a blocked drain - cleared the following day by the rental agent. Beds not particularly comfortable, with single bed mattress toppers tending to slide off during the night, and more cutlery and crockery would have been useful. Great to have a washing machine and big fridge freezer. West facing balcony a sun trap in the afternoon, great for sunbathing and eating out.
Limited TV channels , no NETFLIX as advertised. We did contact agents about this and they said they would contact owners, but we heard nothing more. Decent sized pool with lifeguards but limited opening hours even in peak season. 15 -20 min walk from the beach and close to 2 supermarkets. Chased the rental agent twice for the overdue refund of the security deposit with no response a yet - very disappointing.
