Villa Kalithea - Two Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 4

Villa Kalithea is a two-bedroom villa with outstanding views of the west coast of Paxos and is in a wonderful position for walkers. The air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) both have ensuite shower rooms and the open plan living/dining area has french doors leading to a shaded terrace. There is a private infinity swimming pool (4.5 x 7.6m) with plenty of outside space and a built in bbq area. The beach is only a 5 minute drive away and the nearest taverna is within walking distance of the villa. Villa Asteri and Villa Kalithea are positioned on the same hillside and can be rented together to provide a spacious venue for an extended family gathering or a group of friends. The shared driveway leading up to this villa is steeply sloping and requires an experienced driver. There is an electric fob attached to the door key which needs to be put into the holder inside the front door to activate the electricity. Parking at the property: There is parking inside the gates at the villa, which can be closed manually if you so wish. The kilometre readings given in these directions are only for guidance and may not be exact. If you have requested any booster or child seats, please ensure you check the fittings before you set off. Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right! 1. Leave the “New Port” car park turning right, away from Gaios. 2. At 0.8km, bear left uphill - DO NOT take the right hand turning. 3. Follow this uphill road (passing the cement works on your right at 1.5km) then at 2.8km you need to turn right at the T-Junction. 4. You will pass LA FAMILIA taverna on your right; then take the first right hand turn up a steep hill. There is a Greek telephone cabin on a pole at the bottom of this hill. If you pass the football pitch you have gone too far. 5. Follow this road passing the church on your right. Also pass the Cope plumbing and machinery shop on your right. 6. About 100m further along (at approximately 3.5km) you will see a steep driveway on your right with a Simpson sign on the wall. Villa Asteri is the first villa on the left at the top of the drive. Villa Kalithea is on the right beside Asteri at the end of its own driveway. Due to the steepness of the driveway it is essential you turn off the air conditioning as this reduces the engine power.
