Great location! The apartment itself is nice and good for 2 people; balcony great size. A big plus is the parking garage in the basement. There is some maintenance that needs to be done (lock on balcony door in living room, hot water pipe in bathroom sink leaks and how to get rid of the tiny, tiny ants crawling all over the kitchen counters.
