Located in the quintessential coastal town of Selsey, The Jays offers a relaxed and calm space to enjoy and explore this stunning part of West Sussex.. 1 step to entrance.

The Jays is a calming coastal holiday home that has been loving restored to create a stylish property that embraces a modern style with subtle nods to the past. The house offers comfortable, traditional accommodation with a large living room with smart TV, separate dining room that’s perfect for family gatherings along with a well thought out kitchen with all mod cons including a DAB radio to enjoy some music whist preparing dinner. Upstairs you will find three individually designed bedrooms - all offering a calming space to relax and enjoy a peaceful nights sleep.
If you are searching for bright lights and a bustling nightlife, this is not for you, but if you are searching for a family holiday home that offers style comfort and a relaxed ambience then The Jays is most definitely for you. The first thing that will stick with you is the wonderful fresh sea air as this holiday home is just a few hundred metres from this wonderful part of the West Sussex coastline. You can also enjoy horse riding on the beach, a scuba diving/snorkelling school is 5 minutes away, as well as golf nearby and limited bicycle hire available in the village.
The beaches are a huge draw to this wonderful county and Selsey is virtually surrounded by beaches from the miles of sandy Blue Flag beaches and dunes of the Witterings to the more traditional Selsey beach with long promenade, perfect for an afternoon stroll. It’s not all about the beach, with the stunning cathedral city of Chichester just 9 miles away with its eclectic selection of independent shops, fantastic theatre and a whole host of pubs and restaurants this is a city not to be missed and the historic docks of Portsmouth a few miles to the west, there is plenty to see and do during you stay at The Jays. Horse riding can be found within 4 miles of the property. There is a pub just by the sea wall at the end of the road, which is about ¼ mile away and is very popular, particularly in the summer months with a large outside seating area. Beach 200 yards. Shop and restaurant 2 miles.
